Oswell Binha, The Chairperson CEO African Roundtable board of governors, is the Promoter and Chief Executive of Orac Systems an Engineering Maintenance Company specialising in Bulky Materials Handling Designs, Manufacturing and Installations. The company product offering includes Wear Resistant Lining, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Maintenance and Equipment repairs servicing major mining, manufacturing, agriculture and agro-processing industries in Zimbabwe

Oswell Binha is a Councillor with the

 

Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IODZ), chair of the council audit committee, member of the Institute’s Corporate Governance and Marketing Committees, Member of Women in Business and Conference Awards (WECA) panel of Adjudicators, Member of the SADC Quality Awards panel of Adjudicator/Judges.

Oswell Participates in several SADC and African Union Think Tanking conferences, meetings of experts, Governments Senior officials and Ministers.Has Participated in the formulation of a roadmap for creation the Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA) facilitated by United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.

Kenias Mafukidze

Mr. Kenias Mafukidze is a Chartered Accountant who holds a BCompt Honors degrees from the University of South Africa. Kenias is also a holder of Master of Business Administration in Finance program with the University of Manchester with specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions. He also holds a Masters Degree in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Universtity. He is an accomplished financial practitioner who also has depth of practical applications in Development issues, Financial and Capital Markets.

 

Mr. Mafukidze also has extensive corporate Governance experience having Chaired boards as well as working with Audit Committees for both listed and unlisted companies. Currently he is Managing Director of Alpha Media Holdings, Zimbabwe’s largest Independent Media Group.

 

Dr. Eve Christine Gadziwa

Dr. Eve Christine Gadziwa

Dr Gadzikwa has enjoyed an illustrious professional career, which spans over 25 years in the public and private sector. Eve was appointed to her current executive position of Director General and Governance Champion (Board Company Secretary) of the Standards Association of Zimbabwe in September 2008. During her tenure at the helm of SAZ, Eve has lead a diverse team of professionals, represented her organisation with distinction on national, regional and international platforms (ISO, SADC, COMESA, ARSO, Continental Technical Standards Committees) and

 

    established broad contacts in government, private sector and civil society. A qualified and experienced medical laboratory scientist (Microbiologist) and captain of industry, Eve has a solid record of accomplishments credited to her name.

    Eve is the current and first female President of African Organisation for Standardisation (A continental intergovernmental standardisation body formed by African Union in 1977) and headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya for the period 2016-2019. Dr Gadzikwa is the Founder of The Eve Gadzikwa Foundation for Development (TEGFD) which she has championed to promote SDGs by empowering marginalised societies and promoting sustainable green growth.     Founder of the independent marketing group and creative agency ,Gary Thompson and Associates 1993-2018. 
    Tv, event and a public personality , best known as Chief Encouragement Officer and motivation speaker to aspiring entrepreneurs through numerous functions hosted. Gary Thompson began in his parents ‘garage in 1993 , after graduating with a golf scholarship in business marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas .He built his company into Zimbabwe’s largest independent marketing group by 2008, in the process developing new approaches to marketing that transformed speed to market, marketing integration and sponsorship television.

     

    As a Pioneer of sponsorship tv and numerous winning tv shows from 1993-2009 , GTA grew to nearly 100 strong until Zimbabwe’s political and economic collapse from 2008.

    Professor Laurie Chikoko

    Professor Laurine Chikoko

    Laurine Chikoko holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Nelson Mandela University, South Africa (Economic Research Southern Africa [ERSA] Certificate of Merit for Meritorious Performance in Economics; Nelson Mandela University Merit Award: First placed in the PhD Year of study for 2012). Currently, she is the Executive Dean, of Research and Postgraduate Studies at Midlands State University. Professor Laurine Chikoko has active research interests in financial; monetary; macro and development economics. 

     

     She is an accomplished researcher with an established publication record. She participates in programmes run by international bodies on economic policy issues such as Wilton Park (an executive agency of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office providing a global forum for strategic discussions), Africa Economic Development Strategies (AEDS). Professor Chikoko continues to sharpen her skills in economic analysis as she teaches postgraduate classes and supervision of doctoral students in economics and finance.

    Nqobile Munzara

     Nqobile holds an LLB Degree from the University of Cape Town. She is the Group Company Secretary of Old Mutual Zimbabwe Limited and its various subsidiaries, including CABS, Old Mutual Life Assurance Company, Old Mutual Insurance Company, Old Mutual Investment Group, and Old Mutual Property Zimbabwe. She is also the Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe (BAZ).

     

     

     Nqobile began her career as a legal practitioner at Coghlan & Welsh Legal Practitioners in Bulawayo in 2007, and has worked as Legal Advisor to the former Speaker of Parliament Lovemore Moyo, Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Alpha Media Holdings and Legal Counsel at Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe. She has established herself as an authoritative Corporate lawyer in the financial services sector through her work in the Legal Committee of BAZ. She has participated in many World Bank stakeholder engagements on the Ease of Doing Business reforms as well as other initiatives impacting the financial services sector. As a Corporate lawyer, she is a respected member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.

    Kipson Gundani

    Kipson Gundani has 9 years of experience in the private sector, largely in economic policy analysis and business advocacy, private sector development, project management and public-private dialogue. He has been involved in various projects and programs with International Organizations which include the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), the Frederich Naumann Foundation, the International Council of Swedish Industry (NIR), the Zimbabwe Works, the COMESA Business Council and the Association of SADC Chambers of Commerce and Industry. 

     

    He was the Chief Economist of the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce for 6 years and Deputy CEO of Buy Zimbabwe for 3 years. He is a fellow of the Program Management Institute of Zimbabwe and also a member of the Zimbabwe Economics Society and sits on various Government-Private sector technical committees.
