CEO Africa Roundtable is executed to inform its members and stakeholders of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Pan American Chamber of Commerce (PAAC). PACC MOU was signed during the business mission to Atlanta Georgia on 12 June 2023.

The Cooperation agreement will see the two organizations acting in good faith to formalize venture projects  which include:

• Exploration and Production of oil  and Gas, Refinery Construction, Oil and Gas pipeline, Platforms construction , oil drilling equipment, Power plant construction and equipment  producer and Water and Sewage Plant Project.
• Housing- Manufacture and construction of low-cost housing/ commercial urban development.
• Technology- Fiber-Optic technology Development/ Telecom Facilities/ IT Corridor/ Online Learning centers, Web and Enterprise  Infrastructure, Electric  Vehicles and the value  chain
• Tourism- Smart cities , Golf courses
• Agro-Industry- Utilization of new agricultural technology
• Financial Services-Investment banking, Infrastructure finance  facilities, Investment  Advisory Services and  Business Support services
• Harbor and Maritime- Harbor and Port Development, Bridges Dams  and Rivers
• Health and Health Services- Building  Hospitals  and bringing  research  centers
• Fishing  and Fish processing plant
• Minerals  Mining and Processing
